This file is the Compatibility list for The Manager from SevenHills Software as of their 4/93 list.  It has been transformed into an Outliner outline within AppleWorks 3.0.  The list may be collapsed to show only the application and item names and conveniently scrolled through.  Then when the desired topic is found that area can be expanded to read about the compatibility with The Manager, by using the standard Outliner commands for expansion and collapsing.
